PRICING:

All of our packages (excluding the home fountain package) include the Sephra Fountain, which is the tallest fountain available. We use only premium chocolate in your choice of Dark, Milk or White.

For all packages you need to provide:

• A sturdy table, capable of holding 100 pounds, and large enough to display the fountain and all of your dipping items.
• An electrical outlet within 5 feet of the table.
• At least two table linens (these are provided with the Full Service package)

Cascading Fountains offers Four Service Packages: Basic Service, Extended Service, Full Service, and for small gatherings of 50 people or less the Home Service package. If you have needs beyond the packages listed below, please feel free to call us for a free consultation.

PACKAGE 1: BASIC SERVICE $350
This package is great if you are only looking for us to supply the fountain and the chocolate. It also is great if you are uncertain about the number of guest you expect to have and you do not want to pay for chocolate you might not need. A basic supply of chocolate is included and then throughout your event more chocolate is added, only as needed. The cost for any additional chocolate will be billed to you following your event. Included in the Basic Service package:

• Fountain rental for up to 3 hours
• 22 pounds of chocolate (this is generally enough to serve 225-250 guests)
• Attendant to maintain the fountain throughout your event
• Set up, clean up and removal of the fountain

Add ons:
    • Extra rental time (over 3 hours): $40 per 30 minutes
    • Extra chocolate (over 22 pounds): $15 per 2 lbs (approx servings = 15-20)

PACKAGE 2: EXTENDED SERVICE $495
This package is perfect if you have a good idea of how many guests you’ll be having and you want to supply your own dipping foods. You pay based on the number of guests you expect and that’s it, you won’t receive any additional bills after your event. Also included in this package are plates, napkins and dipping skewers for your guests.

• Fountain rental for up to 3 hours
• Unlimited chocolate for 300 people
• Plates, Napkins and dipping Skewers for 300 people
• Attendant to maintain the fountain throughout your event
• Set up, clean up and removal of the fountain

Add ons:
    • Extra rental time (over 3 hours): $40 per 30 minutes
    • Additional guests (over 300) are 75 cents each

PACKAGE 3: FULL SERVICE $925
This package is the one to choose if you do not want the worry of providing your own dipping foods for your guests to enjoy the chocolate fountain. As with the Extended Service package you pay based off the number of guests you expect and that’s it, you won’t receive any additional bills after your event.

• Fountain rental for up to 3 hours
• Unlimited chocolate for 300 people
• Plates, Napkins and dipping Skewers for 300 people
• Table linens (your choice of white, cream or black)
• 8 dipping items (4 from each category listed below)
• Attendant to maintain the fountain throughout your event
• Set up, clean up and removal of the fountain

Add ons:
    • Extra rental time (over 3 hours): $40 per 30 minutes
    • Additional guests (over 300) are $2.00 each

PACKAGE 4: HOME FOUNTAIN $85
If you are holding a gathering at home or another small event with less than 50 people, and would like the enjoyment of the chocolate fountain on a smaller scale we offer the home fountain. Perfect for birthday parties or bridal showers the home fountain is 19” tall. This package does not include an attendant but you will be given complete instructions for set up and cleaning of the fountain.

• Fountain rental for up to 24 hours
• 4 pounds of chocolate (enough for 35 guests).
• 100 dipping skewers
• Instructions for set up, and cleaning of fountain
• Bubble level (to ensure fountain is set up properly).

Add ons:
    • Extra chocolate: $15 per two pound bag (approx 15-20 servings)
    • Delivery and set up of the fountain: $39
    • Attendant to maintain the fountain during your event (this will also include cleanup of
      the fountain directly following the close of your event): $100 for 3 hours.

Note: A $150 security deposit is required for rental of the home fountain. This deposit is refunded when the fountain is returned in proper condition.
